After placing your order, you agree to allow us 5 working days to dispatch your order. This allows us time to create your piece and complete any polishing work. Please be in touch if your order is time-critical and we will try our best to post it within your time frame. 
 
We offer Royal Mail Special Delivery, 1st Class Signed For, and 2nd Class Signed for. 
 
PLEASE NOTE: if your item is lost in the post, we can only offer a refund or replacement if you select SPECIAL DELIVERY at checkout. We strongly recommend you select Special Delivery if your order is over £50.

We ship worldwide - there is an option to select international shipping at checkout.
 
IMPORTANT: Since Brexit there are sometimes additional customs charges for items shipped to Europe upon arrival. Bahari Blu is not able to cover these import charges in any country, it is up to the customer to research local charges before placing an order.
